Founding Members: What You Get, What It Costs, and How the Intake Works

Most of what we publish here is how-to advice for getting and handling Google reviews. This one's different. It's the plain version of how to get into Gold Reviews early, what it costs, and what happens after you join.

What Gold Reviews does

Gold Reviews is built for Australian businesses that want more Google reviews without chasing people for them. After each job or visit, your customer gets a text asking how it went. Every customer gets the same choice: leave a Google review, or send feedback to you privately. When a review lands, Gold Reviews drafts a reply in your voice. You read it, change what you like and post it. If someone's unhappy, you hear about it directly, with a friendly follow-up to help you put it right.

The founding offer

There are 10 founding spots. Here's what they include:

• $29 a month, locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. That rate holds even as features are added.
• Everything in the Growth plan, which is usually $49 a month: up to 100 review requests a month, competitor tracking, score rewards, private feedback follow-up, testimonials and the Gold Partner program, plus the rest of the Growth plan.
• A 14-day free trial when your spot opens. A card is needed to start it, and nothing is charged until day 15.
• No lock-in contract. Cancel anytime.
• Prices are in Australian dollars. No GST, no setup fees.

How the intake works

1. Join the list. Give your name, business, mobile and industry. It takes about 30 seconds and you don't need payment details to join.
2. We get in touch when your spot opens. Founding members come on in small groups, so every business gets a personal set-up from our team.
3. Start your trial. Once you're in, you can send your first automated review request in about 5 minutes.
